Racingline Track Suspension Kit – 2 Way Adjustable/Rear Coilover Inc. Top Mount

Racingline Track Suspension Kit – 2 Way Adjustable Coilovers with Top Mounts (VWR340000-G6)

The Racingline Track Suspension Kit is a motorsport-derived coilover system built for drivers who want serious performance on track without giving up usability on the road. Developed directly from Racingline’s full race kits, the only real differences are the internal valving and spring rates, meaning you get genuine race technology in a package suited to enthusiast road and track day use.

This is a fully adjustable system, with independent bump and rebound control, height adjustment, and CNC-machined adjustable top mounts for fine-tuning camber. The rear setup uses true coilovers (rather than a separate spring and damper arrangement), giving a full range of spring travel and a more consistent feel.

What Makes This Kit Different

• Inverted front dampers with a 45mm ultra-rigid shaft. This stiffens the front strut to resist flex under load, sharpening steering feel and response.
• Monotube damper construction using a deflected-disc valve system, the same approach found in proper race dampers, for precise wheel control and improved grip.
• Lightweight aluminium bodies shared with the race kits, helping reduce unsprung weight.
• 12-point bump and rebound adjustment on each corner, made by hand with no tools and no need to jack the car up.
• 60mm ID linear race springs (with helper springs on the front), a standard size that makes swapping spring rates straightforward if you want to fine-tune the setup.

Adjustable Top Mounts and Drop Links Included

The kit comes complete with CNC-machined adjustable top mounts featuring pre-installed pillow ball bearings, allowing accurate camber adjustment for track use. Shortened adjustable drop links are also supplied so you can correctly reset the anti-roll bar preload once the car is lowered, an important detail that’s often overlooked with budget coilover kits.

What to Expect on the Car

This is a track-focused setup. Compared with a road coilover, you’ll notice sharper turn-in, far less body roll, and much more confidence at higher cornering speeds. It remains usable on the road, but it is firmer than a comfort-oriented kit, that’s the trade-off for the level of control on offer. If you regularly attend track days or want a car that responds like a race car, this kit delivers exactly that.

Fitment

The VWR340000-G6 kit fits a wide range of MQB-predecessor PQ35 platform vehicles, including popular models from VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda such as:

• VW Golf Mk5 and Mk6 (including GTI, R32, ED30, Pirelli and Mk6 R)
• VW Scirocco (TSI/TDI and R)
• VW Jetta V GLI, Jetta VI GLI and Passat CC
• Audi A3, S3 (8P) and TT/TTS/TTRS (8J)
• SEAT Leon II including Cupra and Cupra R (1P)
• Skoda Octavia II including vRS (1Z)

Please use the vehicle lookup tool or check the Vehicle Fitment tab to confirm this kit is correct for your specific car before ordering.

Important Setup Notes

Professional installation and a full geometry setup are essential. To get the most from this kit, the car must be set up by someone experienced with adjustable coilovers and corner-weighting. Camber, toe and ride height should all be checked and adjusted after fitting. Without a proper alignment, you won’t see the benefit of the hardware, and tyre wear will suffer.

As an authorised UK dealer for Racingline Performance, we supply the complete kit exactly as it leaves Racingline’s facility, with full manufacturer support behind it.
