Every time you remove and refit a sump plug during an oil change, the crush washer that sits between the plug and the oil pan deforms slightly to create a tight, oil-tight seal. Once used, it should not be reused. This handy five-pack from Racingline gives you a ready supply of genuine replacement washers, so you are never caught short at service time.

These washers are made to match Racingline’s Magnetic Sump Plugs precisely, ensuring the correct crush depth and seal pressure when torqued down. Fitting a fresh washer at every oil change is a small but important step in protecting your engine from slow oil leaks and the loss of oil pressure that can follow.

Why fit a new crush washer?

• Reliable seal: A new washer compresses correctly to prevent weeping or drips around the sump plug.

Compatibility

These washers are designed for use with Racingline Magnetic Sump Plugs VWR180000 and VWR180006, fitted to vehicles with a traditional metal oil pan. They are not suitable for plastic or composite sumps, which use a different sealing arrangement.
